Refund policy
Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- The customer will cut all the pieces and record a video, then send us the video. We will notify you of the approval of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days.
- The design fee will NOT be refunded, under any circumstances.
- The shipping cost will NOT be refunded if the package has been delivered.
- The processing fee will NOT be refunded after the stickers kit template confirmed.
Partial refunds (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error.
- Any item that cannot be wrapped appropriately due to our product defectiveness.
- Customer cancels the order (under any circumstances) after receiving the confirmation from us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Paypal account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customer.h2studio@gmail.com.
The following situations will NOT be refunded
- The sticker kit isn't wrapped appropriately, not because of the product defectiveness.
- NO photo or video for proofing the product defectiveness.
- Any item that is lost or damaged after customers receive (compared to the printing confirmation).
- Any delay caused by random customs clearance procedures or inspections during transit.
